Paul has worked as an actor for many years and worked on many theatre productions ranging from Shakespeare to Ibsen.
His TV work includes The Bill, Casualty, Wire in the Blood, The Royal, Peter Kosminsky’s Britz and Miners Strike 20 years on for the BBC.
Paul’s film credits include Girl Shaped Love Drug, Poor Wee Me, The Spell, This is Not a Love Song, Making a Killing, A Mind of Her Own and took the role of Marko in Shane Meadows’ acclaimed film Dead Man’s Shoes.

Vikas Shah, an experienced award-winning entrepreneur and strategist who has, for the past 15 years, built businesses in sectors ranging from design & technology, to textiles & commodities, brands, professional services and leisure. He is also an advisor to numerous entrepreneurs, businesses, and organisations globally.
Vikas writes leading economics & strategy journal “Thought Economics” where he interviews leading thinkers from around the world on the key issues faced by business and society. Interviews have included Buzz Aldrin (Apollo Astronaut), Jimmy Wales (Wikipedia Founder), Celso Amorim (Minister of Defence, Brazil), Edmund Phelps (Nobel Prize Winning Economist), Jérôme Valcke (Secretary General of FIFA), Philippe Starck (Global Design Icon), Noam Chomsky (voted by Time Magazine as one of the most influential people in the world) and more. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufacturing and Commerce, and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. Vikas has attended Manchester University (UMIST), Manchester Business School, Cambridge Judge Business School and the ICMA Centre (Henley Business School).
